Yoga for beginners !

I am sure you must have heard about yoga, it helps in making you fit, flexible, focused and stress free. You can also focus on improving your posture. That is the way you sit, the way you walk, the way you watch television. Correcting your posture can also help you improve your physical health.

Finally, you can combine these light yoga stretching exercises along with Pranayam to improve your over all health.
